How do I get access?

Use Request access on the site (also linked in the footer). New accounts are reviewed before sign-in is unlocked.

Who is TeslanSoft for?

Landlords and property managers who want properties, tenants, leases, applications, rent, and expenses in one place. Rental properties in Quebec are not supported.

What does it cost?

The free plan includes full product functionality for one rental unit — rent, expenses (including bulk year editing), maintenance, applications, vacancies, agreements, and the rest of what we ship today. The limit is by unit (not by property) so the free tier cannot be stretched by listing several rentals under one property. Larger portfolios will use paid plans once packaging is published.
